Fable’s Hamster Rescue is a foster-based hamster rescue dedicated to helping hamsters in need, finding suitable forever homes and improving hamster welfare through education and support.

Our hamsters live with foster carers rather than in a central rescue building.

We are a foster-based rescue with volunteers and foster homes in different locations. Each hamster's profile will clearly state where they are currently based. Our primary coverage includes Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

As we are foster-based and our hamsters are cared for in volunteers' homes, we are not open to the public for general visits.

Collection or adoption arrangements are made directly with the relevant volunteer once an adoption has been approved.

We help Syrian, Dwarf, Roborovski and Chinese hamsters.

Our ability to accept a hamster depends on available foster space and resources.
