Forever Hamster Sponsorship Policy

Thank you for supporting Fable's Hamster Rescue through our Forever Hamster Sponsorship Programme. Your monthly sponsorship helps provide lifelong care for our permanent rescue residents who, for medical, behavioural or welfare reasons, are unable to be rehomed. By becoming a sponsor, you agree to the following terms.
About the Sponsorship Programme
Your monthly sponsorship helps contribute towards the ongoing care of our Forever Hamsters, including:

Food and specialist diets

Bedding and substrate
-
Enrichment, sprays and forage
-
Veterinary treatment and medication
-
General day-to-day running costs of the rescue
Sponsorship supports the care of our Forever Hamsters as a whole and is not a payment for ownership, adoption or exclusive sponsorship of a particular hamster.
Sponsorship Benefits
As an active sponsor, you will receive:

A personalised sponsorship certificate.

Bi-monthly email updates about our Forever Hamsters, including photographs and rescue news (unless you choose to opt out).

The knowledge that your contribution is helping provide lifelong care for our permanent residents.
Benefits may occasionally change as the programme develops.
Monthly Payments
Sponsorship is collected as a recurring monthly subscription. Payments will continue until you choose to cancel your subscription. The amount you choose is entirely voluntary, subject to any minimum sponsorship amount displayed when subscribing.
Cancelling Your Sponsorship
You may cancel your sponsorship at any time.
You can cancel by:

Logging into your Fable's Hamster Rescue account and managing your subscription under Subscriptions.

Cancelling the recurring payment through your bank or payment provider.

Contacting Fable's Hamster Rescue directly by email.
Once cancelled, no further monthly payments will be collected. Any payments already processed are non-refundable. There are no cancellation fees or minimum sponsorship periods.
Refunds
Monthly sponsorship payments are charitable contributions that directly support the ongoing care of our rescue residents. For this reason, sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment has been taken in error or duplicated, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue where appropriate.
Changes to the Forever Hamsters
Our Forever Hamster residents may change over time. Sadly, some hamsters may pass away, while others may be added to our permanent care due to medical or welfare needs. Your sponsorship supports the Forever Hamster programme as a whole and will continue helping future permanent residents unless you choose to cancel.

Changes to the Sponsorship Programme
Fable's Hamster Rescue reserves the right to amend or discontinue the sponsorship programme where necessary.
Should any significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active sponsors.
Privacy
Any personal information collected as part of your sponsorship is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
