All Fable's Hamster Rescue merchandise is produced using a trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Every item is made specifically to order before being shipped directly to you.
Processing Times
Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will update you where possible.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced, it is dispatched using our fulfilment partner's delivery network.

Free UK Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all merchandise orders within the United Kingdom.
There are no additional shipping charges for UK orders.
UK Delivery Only
At this time, we only deliver merchandise to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for international delivery.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different fulfilment centres and could arrive in separate deliveries. This is completely normal and does not necessarily mean part of your order is missing.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Fable's Hamster Rescue cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
