I hereby confirm that I am the sole legal owner of the hamster specified in this Animal Surrender Form. I voluntarily relinquish all ownership rights to this animal, affirming that no other individual holds any claim or property rights to it. I understand that, upon this surrender, the hamster will be transferred into the care and custody of Fable's Hamster Rescue.


Please be aware that, for safety and confidentiality reasons, along with compatibility with our internal systems, the hamster's name will be changed upon entering rescue.
