Thank you for supporting Fable's Hamster Rescue. Every purchase helps us continue rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming hamsters in need. Our merchandise is produced especially for you using a print-on-demand service. Each item is printed specifically when an order is placed, rather than being held in stock.
Made-to-Order Products
As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if:

You ordered the wrong size, colour or design.

You changed your mind after placing your order.

You no longer require the item.

You entered an incorrect delivery address (unless the order has not yet entered production).
Please check all sizing information and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

Damaged in transit;

Faulty or defective;
-
Misprinted; or
-
You receive the wrong item,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number;

A description of the problem;

Clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
Where appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If an order is confirmed as lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production begins.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
